Solenoid Valve 3/2 Way

INSEAL offers a broad range of Normally open and Normally Closed 3/2 way Direct acting, internally/external Pilot operated, Poppet type Solenoid Valve. These Valves are suitable for vacuum as well as handling air, gases, oil, water, and non-corrosive fluids.

External pilot operated valves can be in lieu of internal pilot operated valves where ever minimum operating pressure is not available. Air operated poppet type solenoid valves are also available on request. INSEAL also offers 3/2 way Double Coil impulse operated Direction Control Solenoid Valves and Double Coil Series and Parallel flow Solenoid Valve. In Case of Series and Parallel flow valve both the Coils have to be kept continuously energized to attain second position.

Solenoid Valve 4/2 Way, 5/2 Way, 5/3 Way, 5/4 Way

This range of Direct acting valves are suitable for air, gas, oil, vacuum, water and non-corrosive liquid applications. Pilot Operated valve are suitable for Air and Gas applications only. External Pilot Operated Valve can be used in lieu of internal Pilot Operated Valve wherever minimum operating Pressure not available. Air Operated Poppet type Valves are available on request.

4/2 way and 5/2 way single coil Pilot Operated Solenoid valve where the coil has to be continuously energised for the second position.5/2 way Poppet type Pilot Operated Double Coil impulse Operated Solenoid Valve where any one of the coil has to be energized momentarily to attain the second position. 5/3 way Poppet type Pilot Operated Double Coil Spring Centered Solenoid valve where the valve attains one position at the time of energizing one coil and attains second position at the time of energizing the second coil. The pressure is held neutral at the cylinder ports when both the coils are de-energized.

Rotary Actuator

INSEAL manufactures a wide range of Rotary Actuators from torque of 0.5 kgm to 135 kgm & these actuators find their application in automation of quarter turn valves dampers etc. & available in powerful rack & pinion design for uniform torque.

INSEAL Rotary Actuators find application for 90 ° angular movement (180° ) on request) & are most suitable for closing & opening Ball valve, Plug valve, Butterfly valve, Dampers, Positioning, Sorting equipment’s, Indexing mechanisms, Furnace doors, Ducting flaps etc. by using other Pneumatic control elements like solenoid valve etc. Simple 90° or quarter turn is possible directly without cumbersome lever mechanisms.

Construction

The main body housing rack and pinions etc. is made from solid bar stock or close grained casting. The housing is made of aluminium & is given a special corrosion resistance treatment and has a hardness of 45 to 50 RC. Seats and seals are made of various synthetic elastomers, like Nitrile, Neoprene etc. The pinion is made of EN series steel. The entire rack & the housing is coated with high temperature anti ceasing silicon grease and other special components.

Working

The design uses two opposite moving pistons with the help of rack and pinion mechanism to generate powerful uniform torque. It has two ports, when air is admitted in one port the pinion rotates in one direction at the same time air is exhausted through the other port and vice versa. This is a very compact design to give powerful torques. It works maintenance free for years. For air consumption and various torque at different pressures and size refer to chart.
