Industrial Insulation Millboard is a versatile material. It has rigidity as well as flexibility and allows minimal thermal conduction. InSeal’s industrial millboard sheets have high temperature resistivity. They can be easily cut and moulded. They can be used in the following applications:

Industrial Insulation Millboard (Asbestos)

INSEALIndustrial Insulation millboards are made from a mix of high quality Chrysotile Asbestos fibre and other non-combustible ingredients. It is compactly bound with a strong smooth surface. Insulation millboards are available with a high range of thickness to suit your needs.

High Density Arc & Heat Resistant Cement Boards (Asbestos)

INSEAL density arc and heat resistant boards are manufactured from raw asbestos fibre and special grades of cement.

Below are a list of properties exhibited by High Density Boards

  • Good alkali and high arc resistance
  • Low conductivity and high thermal insulation
  • Able to withstand high frequencies and suitable as a fire check barrier
  • Easily machinable without splitting or chipping
  • Available in high thickness blocks of up to 100mm leading to easy manufacturing components

InSeal’s High Density Arc and Heat Resitant Cement Boards have a number of applications

  • Can be used as guide strips or splash boards in handling molten metals on hot castings
  • For transportation of hot metal and pot line insulation in aluminum industry
  • Arc chutes and deflector plates on air-break circuit breakers, contractors and fuse gear
  • Fire barrier for check doors
  • Insulation of coils, as top plate or support block in induction furnaces
